SHIPPING POLICY
We are currently only shipping within the United States and we hope to expand soon!
All orders are processed and shipped within2-4days. We ship using USPS, once package is picked up and scanned by USPS it is now in their control. You will receive a shipping notification when package leaves our studio. Allow up to 5-10 business days before seeing your tracking details go live. Due to coronavirus-related delays with USPS, please expect a delay in shipping and receiving your order.
Please make sure your mailing address in correct to avoid any delays. We cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. If your package is stolen, please contact the courier immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy
All of our candles are carefully inspected before they are packaged and shipped. If there is damage during we will replace if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 5 days of delivery. Contact us and we will process your exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on used candles.
We reserve the right to reject any items that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
